Hi, I'm Ollie....
I started making chocolates during lockdown in 2020. At the time, I was studying patisserie at Leeds City College, but the course stopped suddenly and I found myself at home, looking for something creative to focus on. Tempering chocolate and trying out different fillings became a bit of an obsession, in the best way.
Friends and family kept asking for more, and with their encouragement I decided to turn it into a small business in 2021. I’ve been making chocolates in small batches ever since, keeping everything as handmade and honest as possible.

These days, I’m still working from my little kitchen in Leeds, experimenting with flavours and making each batch by hand. You’ll often find me at farmers’ markets and events around Yorkshire too - if you spot me, come and say hello.
