ALLERGEN ADVICE

Every effort is made to ensure that no cross contamination occurs amongst allergens, but my chocolates are made in a kitchen in which dairy, gluten and nuts are present.

The Autumn 2024 Collection contains the following ingredients:

Gel: Orange juice, caster sugar, pectin, glucose, malic acid; (2) Dark Chocolate Raspberry: As above, removing orange, but adding raspberry puree, caster sugar, glucose, pectin; (3) Black Forest Gateau: Morello cherry puree, invert sugar, caster sugar, glucose, citric acid, *kirsch (alcohol)*, vegan white chocolate, Elonlea vegan double cream, vanilla seeds; (4) Hazelnut Coffee: Water, instant coffee, glucose, invert sugar, sorbitol, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, icing sugar, *Frangelico (alcohol)*; (5) Cherry & Almond: Cherry puree, invert sugar, caster sugar, pectin, glucose, citric acid, almonds, cocoa butter, icing sugar, (6) Whiskey Ginger: Water, glucose, invert sugar, dark chocolate (54.5%), deoderised coconut oil, fresh ginger, Irish Whiskey; (7) Salted Caramel: Caster Sugar, water, invert Sugar, glucose, double cream, vanilla essence, unsalted butter, sea salt; (8) Tiny Teacake: Raspberry puree, invert sugar, caster sugar, pectin, glucose, gelatine, dextrose, water, vanilla extract, white Chocolate, cocoa butter, *digestives (gluten)*; (9) Black Currant: Black currant puree, invert sugar, caster sugar, glucose, citric acid, *Crème De Cassis (alcohol)*, white chocolate, invert sugar, deodorised coconut oil, cocoa butter, freeze-dried black currant powder; (10) Crème Brûlée: White chocolate, double cream, invert sugar, vanilla essence, vanilla seeds, clarified butter, cocoa butter, caramelised sugar; (11) Carrot Cake: Granulated sugar, invert sugar, glucose, water, double cream, browned butter, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, quark, cream cheese, lime puree, sorbitol, glucose syrup, white chocolate, milk chocolate, coconut oil (deodorised)  walnuts; (12) Peanut Butter Crunch: Peanuts, cocoa butter, icing sugar, salt, feuilletine flakes (13) Coconut: White chocolate, cocoa butter, creamed coconut, icing sugar, coconut flavouring, desiccated coconut; (14) Mint Toffee: Granulated sugar, invert sugar, glucose, double cream, fresh mint, peppermint essence; (15) Apple Pie & Custard: White chocolate, double cream, invert sugar, custard flavouring, yellow cocoa butter, Bramley apples, caster sugar, pectin, glucose, citric acid, cocoa butter, *Hobnobs (gluten)*; (16) Tiramisu: Fresh espresso, muscovado sugar, caster sugar, glucose, pectin, salt, water, *Amaretto (alcohol)*, butter, white chocolate, cocoa butter, cream cheese, milk chocolate, clarified butter, savoiardi cookies (gluten) ; Chocolate Shells: Dark Chocolate: Favorich 53 % (contains Soya); Milk Chocolate: Favorich 32%; White Chocolate: Vanova 29%
