Hello, I'm Ollie.

During lockdown in March 2020 I was studying Patisserie at Leeds City College. The course ended abruptly, so whilst I was at home and to keep myself busy I began to temper and decorate chocolate bon bons, and experiment with flavours and fillings. These seemed to go down well with friends and family and so in 2021 after my course finished I decided I would launch a small business making and supplying hand-crafted and truly artisan chocolates.

My aim is to provide beautiful tasting, decoratively pleasing chocolates using good quality Chocolate and fresh, high quality ingredients. I like to experiment with flavours, and my current collection you can find here.

My chocolates are ideal as a gift or as an indulgent treat for yourself. I have a small range of dairy free options as well as milk and dark chocolate flavours. If you visit my online shop you will see that I sell in boxes of varying sizes and I am happy to send these with a gift tag to your recipient.

You will find me at Farmers Markets and events mostly in the Yorkshire area . I am also happy to supply for your wedding or special event. Why not come and say hello, or get in touch.
